About Jesse Berkowitz
Jesse Berkowitz earned his J.D. from UC Law San Francisco, where he was a member of the Constitutional Law Quarterly. He is licensed to practice law in California and has served as a criminal defense attorney in the Bay Area for more than a decade, including as a Deputy Public Defender in Contra Costa and Santa Clara Counties.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Youth Development through Law, a nonprofit affiliated with UC Berkeley School of Law, helping provide mentorship and training to first-generation and marginalized youth.
Jesse is also a member of the prestigious Criminal Justice Act panel for the Northern District of California, comprised of exceptional lawyers practicing in federal court.
